I am a bilingual psychotherapist dually credentialed as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I hold a Psy.D in clinical psychology dedicated to servicing diverse clinical populations and those seeking an immigration evaluation. Services are delivered in both the English and Spanish language.

I have conducted extensive work in the following areas: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Type 1, 2, and 3; adverse childhood experiences; attachment; victims of stalking, sexual violence; domestic violence, incest; chemical dependency; repetitive behavior disorders; bereavement; crisis intervention; self-esteem building; cultural diversity; mood disorders; anxiety disorders; life transition; migration and acculturation; human trafficking; assertiveness training; refugees with collective trauma; co-occurring disorders; crime survivors; and co-dependency.

Services include: Initial assessment interview; collaborative treatment planning, diversity enhanced ongoing informed consent, individual therapy, couples/marital therapy, family therapy, geriatric therapy, psycho-educational information, appropriate community referrals, mental health treatment, substance use disorder/repetitive behavior treatment, EMDR, and grief counseling. Including immigration evaluations for VAWA, T visa and U visa.

Services are delivered via tele-therapy, telephonic, and in-person face-to-face.  

Clientele includes: individuals 18 years of age and over, geriatric, couples, families, and diverse sexual orientations. Including those seeking an immigration evaluation for the following visas: VAMA, U and T.

Good Faith Estimate Notice:  You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost. You have the the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of psychotherapy services before you schedule a service. Exclusions: Documentation for FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), Workers' Compensation, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability as such is deferred to primary care physician, alternative medical professionals, or psychiatrist. Letters to ICE/immigration, letters for emotional support animals and service dogs; and child custody evaluations.
